When visiting the site to quote a job, we also make an assessment on both any health and safety issues along with any interference with pedestrian and road traffic. Afterwards we make up and send our customers a traffic management program when appropriate. This means that everything involving the job is fully transparent to the customer and understand what is involved when we arrive on site.
